What Happens Next

Phase 1 — Application

Submit your form and video. If we feel like you could be a great fit, we'll reach out to schedule the next step.

Phase 2 — In-Person Interview

You'll come into the salon to meet the team and see what Meraki is all about firsthand.

Phase 3 — 60-Day Shadow Period

If selected, you'll begin a 60-day ongoing interview at the salon — shadowing our team, learning our culture, and showing us what you've got. From there, we'll take it from where we are.
